Croczilla

If you have Roku, you probably already know about Popcornflix (and Frightpix) but they are also available online. You can watch free movies that are unedited but have commercial breaks. The commercial breaks aren't that long although they tend to come at particularly bad times during the movies.

Anyway, I was flipping through the new releases last night and came across this flick called Croczilla. I was actually looking for a movie that I could put on and fall asleep to. This was not such a movie.

I was more than pleasantly surprised by this fun flick. It's more an action/comedy than anything else but it's a really fun ride. I assume the crocodile was mostly CGI but I have to admit I couldn't really tell - the effects were very well done, for the most part.

It's nowhere near as far-fetched as the title makes it sound; it's really just a big croc flick but it's definitely worth watching. The cinematography is brilliant, the acting is top-notch, and again, it's a really fun show. And you can't beat the price of admission.
