Nicholas Brendan's Legal Woes Increase with New Arrest

Actor Nicholas Brendan, best known as Buffy the Vampire Slayer's Xander, is no stranger to legal woes but he may want to turn it down a notch or two. Brendan was arrested at a hotel in Idaho over the weekend and charged with malicious injury to property and resisting or obstructing officers, both misdemeanors. He was arrested on similar charges back in 2010.

Many Buffy the Vampire Slayer alumni, including Brendan, reunited at an Australian convention recently and Brendan has been involved in the direction and writing of the latest season of the Dark Horse comic book. Brendan was also recently married and has a recurring role on Criminal Minds. His 2010 arrest lead to three years' probation in addition to public service.
