I am Just getting up. I guess I have gotten my days and nights turned-around because of the times I couldn't sleep last week because I was up until nearly dawn. I could have slept longer (probably until well into the late-afternoon or early evening) but I decided to go ahead and get up.
It's another slow day here to The Rundown, I'm afraid. I need to try and get The OddBlog back onto the website by tomorrow and since I have running-around to do tomorrow and some of next week, I have to do everything I can today/tonight. I got about halfway through the tags yesterday and still have the design itself to finish. But, if nothing else, I may republish the new look to the site and then take it back down for the final tweaks.
I will get some things to you throughout the day, though. In particular, to one Mr. Anderson, I have not forgotten you, just haven't gotten to you yet! I promise I will give you a shout-out today or tomorrow, and Monday is probably better for you anyway because there should be more viewers.

A rambling melange of pop-culture.
I must admit that sometimes even I find it hard to get motivated. There are days when I waste so much time checking my blogs, looking at the stats and stuff that I don't actually get anything done.
ReplyDeleteWell, I have been dealing with toxic people the past few weeks - just selfish, immature, noisome folk - but they are out of my hair now (hopefully for good) and I am getting readjusted... prolly take a few more days, since I have to be up early tomorrow to do a bunch of running-around after I go to court - assuming, of course, they don't throw me back in jail for one reason or another.
ReplyDeleteLack of sleep just makes me worthless, man! I mean really. At its very worst, it makes me paranoid and just... weird. I used to take medicine for insomnia and I, and others who were close to me, have plenty o' stories to tell about my (non-)sleep habits. Once I get back on my schedule, I'm usually alright, but it's going to be a few more days before I get there. In fact, having to be up so early, I am going to load the coffeepot right now so it gets done earlier tomorrow!
Glad to hear from you more again, Sire. Hope you continue to come around!
