I published the description of Club Nine, an important fixture in the Vincent Campaign for the Chill RPG. Club Nine functions as the S.A.V.E. headquarters for Vincent, though it is not explicitly stated in the text. That is actually explained on another page which has yet to be published, but I'm not spoiling anything by explaining that here.
Players should note the CM info in the sidebar and skip it, lest they read spoilers for their own game.
