I hate that everyone gives McG such a hard time for Charlie's Angels. I mean, no one's arguing that CA had any redeeming value, but damn! Isn't a guy allowed to make a stinker and/or blockbuster along the way? Look at his work on Supernatural and Chuck - I mean, he's imminently qualified for this job, as the trailer proves.
Yet even those who begrudgingly admit the trailer looks good are accusing him of "ripping-off" Chris Nolan by using Bale and all sorts of other stuff - "taking a page from Nolan's reboot book" and so forth.
