Nah, not really. Heh.
Not so much so, as the kids are wont to say.
It was a great interview, though. I always watch Larry King as though he were one of the Elders or whatever in that movie, Dark Crystal - I just always imagined him with a hand up his ass, from the very first time I ever saw him. He's a fake and a phony and a fraud; a shill.
Still, though he asked exactly the same questions of everyone all night long, I really enjoyed the show. I have to admit, I got more caught-up on the storyline(s) by watching them encapsulated than I did by watching them in their entirety.
The episode with Claire being held hostage by the cop who can read minds and the guy who can self-combust (read: Peter's brother is so totally going to soak-up this guy's power and not be able to control it, making for the basis of the story) is the best so far, by far.
I'm a little cheesed at the idea that we comic book fans are just hanging around for something that's not gonna happen. Anyone else get that idea? I want action - I want villains! I want angry, seething villains who just hate these cats. Hell, were I slightly more disenfranchised than I am - and had a superpower, you know, just to get it out there - I'd be angry and seething!
Still, I have to admit: given that they're willing to go so deep with that episode, I'll totally be watching Heroes every Monday night.
NOW: about Studio 60?
-kaff!-
