Marvel Comics Presents has always been a favorite of mine. It tends to focus on a few specific characters but then swaps-off to whatever it wants. The former incarnation had Cloak & Dagger and Dr. Strange, but also had stories with Black Cat and a few others. Marvel has brought the project back with new characters and the cover for the new issue (included) is pretty rocking. This is an official Marvel press release:
