Also, I'm worried to death that they are going to shut off my utilities! Long story short, there was an issue about some money from back in April that had not been applied to my bill, then apparently has, and so forth - big mess-up - and I just found out what I actually owe a few days back, but obviously couldn't pay it due to the holiday.
