Apparently, Britney was just waiting for the sun to go down to go crazy.
At least four paparazzi were arrested and jailed when police spied them following Britney Spears' car too closely, making illegal turns, and generally driving recklessly. Spears tried to intervene on their behalf, but the police weren't having it.
Brit-Brit and her entourage then continued on to a boutique, where they dropped around $30k "out of boredom." Some tabloids reported that Britney shopped naked, except for a pair of fishnet stockings, but one of her companions assured Ryan Seacrest that this was not the case.
But the real news is that he said, without question, that Britney does "not at all" want anymore kids and that while she hopes to see K-Fed's kids sometime soon (regardless of court orders to the contrary), she's "just got some appointments and doctor meetings, you know, that she's got to handle..."
