Director, Jon Favreau, told a press conference that Mandarin will be the feature villain in the upcoming Iron Man 2, which is scheduled for release on April 30, 2010.
Further, the sequel may be shot in IMAX, using 3D technology, and Lt. Rhodes may become War Machine. Favreau is looking at Matt Fraction's recent run on the title for inspiration.
