Marvel Animation announced they are working on an animated Avengers project set to hit TV in 2011.The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes will feature Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Giant Man, and Wasp. The release will be buffetted by the motion picture arrivals of The Avengers and The First Avenger: Captain America. Production on 26 half-hour episodes is already underway.
Marvel Animation also has Wolverine and the X-Men and Iron Man: Armored Adventures debuting on Nicktoons in 2009 and Marvel Superhero Squad and the Black Panther is in production.
