Stargate Atlantis Actor Assaulted

Stargate Atlantis actor, Jason Momoa, received 140 stitches after being hit in the face with a beer mug on November 15^th. 21 year-old Dominic Bando has been charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon over the incident. Records show Bando was arrested and released later the same day.

Momoa had to undergo reconstructive surgery to repair his wounds. Jason Momoa plays "Rex" in Stargate Atlantis on the Sci-Fi Channel. He has a daughter with girlfriend, Lisa Bonet, who appears in ABC's Life on Mars. Momoa is also a model who appeared on Baywatch.
