Kirill Finale
Well, maybe we weren't completely cut out of the loop after all - or maybe Kirill producers realized they weren't getting quite the number of viewers they were hoping for when they stopped keeping bloggers up-to-date?
Honestly, I have mixed feelings about posting this. The Rundown supported Kirill when it first launched and continued bringing you the episodes regularly, but we were summarily "dissed" (as the kids 10 years ago would say) - at least to my way of looking at things - about halfway through the series.
Further, aside from sending us the embed code, Kirill didn't give me any real incentive to promote their show. I did it because The Weirding always supports online efforts such as this, and I hope you enjoy it, but I would have loved to have been able to bring you some behind-the-scenes stuff, interview(s), or (especially) something cool from the production or cast to contest-off to y'all. Kirill's promotional crew basically used us to generate some initial buzz, and kept all the really good stuff "in-house" - at its website and MSN "hub."
I hate to whine, but I would have at least liked a reach-around.
So in the spirit of supporting Kirill and its creators - and all of you out there who are using the Web to circumvent a tired, bloated, abusive, and unappreciative industry - here is the link to the finale. But it comes with this admonition: The Weirding proudly supports independents and their projects - we do not, however, give away free advertising!
