MTV has canceled plans to show the South Park episode, "Pinewood Derby," as it shows a caricature of Mexico's president standing in front of the Mexican flag. Apparently, there is a Mexican law which forbids "irreverence" toward the country's flag - an offense punishable by fine. MTV has to submit a request to the government before it can show the episode. The Mexican government says they have not received said request.
