Vince Neil Arrested for DUI... Again

Motley Crue frontman, Vince Neil, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Las Vegas Monday morning. In 1984, Neil was arrested and charged with DUI and vehicular manslaughter when his passenger, fellow musician, Nicholas "Razzle" Dingle, was killed. He plead guilty to those charges and served 20 days in jail.

In 2007, the rocker was arrested in Vegas under suspicion of DUI, but worked-out a deal with prosecutors. Neil plead guilty to reckless driving and had the DUI charges dropped. Nevada state law requires those arrested twice for DUI in seven years serve a mandatory 10 days to six months in jail; luckily, Neil's 2007 charge will not count against him.
