Celebrity Rehab has been pulled from VH1's schedule, though it has not been canceled outright as of yet. Last year saw the death of two Rehab castmembers, but this was not cited as a reason for removing the show. In fact, there was no reason given as to why the show is not on VH1's schedule after five seasons.
