Daniel Baldwin is wanted by police again for failure to appear. This is the third time he has missed a scheduled hearing and the second time a warrant has been issued for his arrest this year. Baldwin is reportedly working on a film in Toronto, in direct opposition to his probation, which was revoked by the same court order.
Baldwin has had a string of highly-publicized run-ins with the law in the past few years, mostly drug-related. He was also arrested for allegedly stealing a friend's car, but the friend later dropped the charges, calling the whole thing a "misunderstanding" (crack run).
Daniel Baldwin had been doing fairly well prior to this, having made several court appearances as scheduled and (according to his lawyer), passing 20 consecutive drug tests. However, his probation officer submitted a report indicating the actor missed an appointment a few days earlier and had skipped several scheduled AA meetings.
Daniel Baldwin is the second-oldest of the Baldwins (after brother, Alec) and has appeared in numerous TV shows and films.
