Amy Winehouse will not face any further charges stemming from her husband's alleged attempts to "pervert justice."
Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil (whose name did he take?) and four other men are accused of bribing a bar owner in an attempt to get him to "change his mind" about testifying against Fielder-Civil in an upcoming assault trial. Fielder-Civil is accused of causing "grievous bodily harm" and could face life in prison. Currently in prison awaiting trial, Fielder-Civil suffered from a heroin overdose a few weeks back. It came to light that he had been trading signed pictures of his wife for dope.
Amy Winehouse was remanded into custody in December for questioning concerning the bribery attempt, but was released. She then went to rehab-rehab and performed via satellite at the Grammys, where she dominated with five wins. The new report states that Winehouse will not be asked any more about the crime.
