Early Start

Sorry I didn't get to much yesterday, my neck was killing me. It's been really humid here lately, but rained very little. Very hot, very humid. Surprisingly, the weather itself has not been exactly miserable, but most everyone has been staying indoors.

I am up early because I went to bed early. I'm drinking a new coffee (Joffey's "Jamaican Me Crazy") which, I hate to admit, blows my regular brew out of the water! I hate to admit that because I'm sure it's more expensive and there's nowhere around here to buy it (but you can order it online). No, this is not a sponsored post, just a plug. Maybe they'll send me more for talking them up? It's really, really good, even without creamer (yet another addition to my lengthy grocery list) which is nice, because I may be drinking it all day since I am out of soda.

We're getting really close to the first of the month and I have to have the site cleared-out of the current host within the next week or so, so being up early is a good thing. I'll be getting stuff out to you, but it will probably continue being slow for now. Of course, the industry is still reeling from Comic-Con, so there isn't a whole, whole lot to report right now anyway.

Eureka marathon all day, leading up to the third season premiere tonight on Sci-Fi. It starts in about 20 minutes and I'll be here for the duration.

Depending on how things go, I may give you a sneak-peek of the new site later on. I am focusing on my own projects right now, as opposed to following industry news and so forth, and that's why you've been getting so many "update"-type posts. I'm just in a mood to talk shop right now.
