Ohio Screaming TikiCon

This is the reason I am undecided as to moving to Ohio. The simple fact of the matter is that, pound for pound and month by month, Ohio hosts the most pop-culture conventions of any state in the union. Splatterflick cons, comic book conventions, gaming cons, toys and collectibles events - you name it - you can find at least one almost every calendar month somewhere in Ohio.

Screaming TikiCon combines the best of all these.

Coming the weekend of October 17-19^th, Screaming TikiCon brings all of pop-culture into 60,000' of "family friendly" space, as well as kid-friendly events at the Eastwood Mall. Guests include Adam West, Julie Newmar, and Yvonne Craig (her only 2008 con appearance!) from TV's Batman; as well as Margot Kidder; artists Joe Jusko and Craig Rousseau; and so many more, I'd rather just send you to the site to find out for yourself.

I am honestly excited about this event, even though I am quite certain there is no way I can personally attend. I highly suggest any and everyone who can make it do so and please write-in and let us know how it went!
