Er, not really:
New Zealand police say a 16-year old burglar resembles actor, Robbie Coltrane (who played the role of Rubeus Hagrid in the Harry Potter series), so they have made and distributed flyers with Coltrane's image on them. New Zealand law prohibits them from showing pictures of the actual offender, as he is underage. Since they claim he looks so much like a 16-year old Coltrane, they opted for this approach.
The text below the picture begins, "Robbie Coltrane is not the burglar but imagine him aged 16 with lank greasy hair and you have the picture..."
While residents reportedly applauded the cops' ingenuity, Msr. Coltrane was unavailable for comment.
