Comedian, Dane Cook, has been evicted from his Los Angeles apartment.
According to a legal suit filed by his landlord, Cook ignored repeated warnings about his pet chihuahua, Beast's, propensity for defecating in the common areas of the building's outdoors. While Cook appealed the original decision, the landlord (unnamed) cited several complaints from neighbors.
Cook's appeal was based on "emotional hardship" from being evicted.
