Gossip sites are reporting Lindsay Lohan punched a paparazzi in New York, following a trip over a metal barricade outside a New York hotel.
Lohan apparently mistook her own clumsiness for a paparazzi getting too close. She turned around and took a swing after nearly falling, then was reportedly overheard telling someone on her cellphone, "Oh my God! I just hit a paparazzi!"
Police were called, but no charges were filed.
