He blew out his cheeks and nodded solemnly as the jury found OJ Simpson guilty on all counts - 12, in all - and he was led away in handcuffs.
The former star running back and movie star was accused of murdering his wife and her lover, Ron Goldman, in 1994. A not guilty verdict set off a chain of events which led to race riots in Los Angeles. He was later found liable for their deaths and ordered to pay $33.5 million to their families.
Simpson and an accomplice kidnapped and attempted to rob some collectibles dealers a few months back. Simpson claimed they had sports memorabilia which belonged to him. Both he and the accomplice were found guilty on 12 counts, including conspiracy, kidnapping, armed robbery, assault, and coercion.
The charges carry a mandatory prison sentence. The kidnapping charge could result in a life sentence.
