Actor, Mark Ruffalo's, younger brother, Scott, has died from a gunshot wound he incurred last week.
Scott Ruffalo was a 39-year old cosmetologist out of Beverly Hills. Immediately following the news, reports were that police considered the incident "suspicious" and declared two people "persons of interest" - Brian Scofield Adham and Shaha Mishaal. There was no news as to these people's relationship to the deceased, who was then in critical condition in a Los Angeles hospital. Shortly thereafter, an arrest warrant was issued for Shaha Mishaal.
Mishaal turned herself in around 1:30 Monday morning and was arrested on attempted murder charges. Brian Scofield Adham, whom the media has tied to Saudi Arabian royalty (though this has not been confirmed and I am not sure if it has any bearing), was arrested on misdemeanor traffic charges.
Scott Ruffalo was taken off life support Monday night and passed away shortly before 10pm. He is survived by his wife, Luzelena, and stepdaughter. Shaha Mishaal Adham's charge has been upgraded to murder.

Brian Scofield Adham and Shaha Mishaal have been released after providing evidence that Ruffalo died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. An attorney for Mishaal said police will not file charges against his client, but police have yet to speak on the matter.
