Just in time to give Spider-Man: The Musical some competition comes Star Wars: A Musical Journey. Star Wars: A Musical Journey is not actually a play, but a two-hour live performance featuring clips from the live-action films set to the Oscar-winning score, performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Star Wars: A Musical Journey premieres next year at London's O2 arena on April 10th and tours throughout Europe. The showcase includes rare Star Wars collectibles, props, costumes, and production artwork - some never seen before.
No American dates have been set.
