Riddle Me This: Sean William Scott as the Riddler??????

I was reading one of the many "Eddie Murphy to be Riddler" stories - we ran one - and one of the commenters suggested Sean William Scott (American Pie), who just so happened to star in a little movie based on my life and using the name of this very blog. No, not Mr. Woodcock. Dicks.

Anyway, I took a moment to envision that and I have to admit, it fits like a glove! Seriously: Sean William Scott has the long, narrow, toothy grin and cherubic cheeks that would look exactly like the Riddler beneath an eye mask! I swear, in my mind's eye, that cat would be the spitting image of the Riddler! In fact, I took a couple minutes to throw together a (very poor, very rushed) sample picture just to prove my point. I know it's awful, but I'm not wasting all afternoon on this.

By the way, the guy who originally "broke" the Eddie Murphy as Riddler story is sticking to his guns. We'll see. But, for my money, Sean William Scott is the man.
