The cast of the classic comedy, Office Space, reunited Sunday night (February 8th, 2009) to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the film's release with a screening at the Paramount Theater in Austin, TX. Written and directed by Beavis & Butthead creator, Mike Judge, and based on his animated Milton shorts, Office Space became a cult sleeper hit after it hit video and (years later) DVD and has since become embedded in pop-culture. The movie was so popular, the Swingline stapler company began making models in red, after the red stapler Milton so adored - a color it had not previously offered - due to the number of requests it received!
The entire cast reunited in Austin, where scenes of the movie were filmed, and had a short Q&A, following. Well, all except Ron Livingstone and Jennifer Aniston - one was too busy working, the other too busy scrounging for work (I'll let you decide which is which).
Of the entire experience, David Herman (Michael Bolton) said, "I was the only cast member who wasn’t on a lot of drugs."
