Cartoon Network inked their first two, scripted, live-action series. Tower Prep and Unnatural History begin production in January. Cartoon Network ordered the first 13 episodes of each; if the series do well, the network may pick-up "the Back Nine" (nine more episodes for a full season of 22 episodes). Both shows were mentioned back in March, when CN announced its programming was expanding to include live-action shows and movies.
Many lament the change, including several animators.
