Heroes star, Adrian Pasdar (Nathan Petrelli), was arrested at 3am this morning on suspicion of DUI. According to reports, police clocked him doing 50 miles over the speed limit and failing to maintain his lane. Upon approach, they claim to have smelled alcohol and gave Pasdar a field sobriety test. He was eventually arrested on suspicion of DUI, as Adrian Pasdar refused to take a Breathalyzer.

Pasdar's lawyer entered a plea of Not Guilty on the actor's behalf; Pasdar did not appear in court today. His pretrial court date is March 15.
