Prince will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from Black Entertainment Television (BET) later this month, in recognition of his accomplishments in entertainment. Prince has 10 platinum-selling albums and 30 Top 40 hits to his name, so far. The pop star also had a birthday last week (which I forgot to mention).
The 10th Annual BET Awards will be hosted by Queen Latifah and feature performances by such acts as Kanye West, Diddy, and Ludacris, among others.
