Deadline Hollywood reports that Circle of Confusion, responsible for adapting Kirkman's The Walking Dead to TV as an ongoing series on AMC, is now working on Chew for the same network. Stephen Hopkins is slated to produce and direct Chew, but there is no writer on the project so far.
Chew is the story of a detective whose ability to receive psychic impressions from the things he eats forces him into some pretty... interesting situations as he investigates various cases.
