The problem with Hulu+ isn't the commercials - I actually like the commercial breaks, though not for the commercials themselves - it's the lack of TV shows available on Roku. I subscribed to Hulu+ solely to make it available on my Roku, yet many of the shows I want to watch are web-only. Speaking of commercials, they only show about three on constant rotation on Roku.
I finally saw Cupcake Wars and it's pretty cute. My favorite of the mindless cooking competitions (well, mindless to watch anyway) is Chopped. I rewatched Arrested Development and didn't think it was as good the second time through. I thought the same about 30 Rock, too. I am rewatching Supernatural from season 2 now and really digging it. I am in season four of Eureka and that's been a blast since I missed several season 3 episodes then quit watching by season 4.
Larry King now has a show on Hulu and it's pretty good. Kevin Smith and the SmodCo crew have a movie review show called Spoilers that gets audience members' reactions to movies before moving on to a movie recommendation and a guest. Adam Carolla's Ace Broadcasting podcast network is available on Roku and has a host of shows, most of which I have not heard. Adam Curry's No Agenda is also available.
