Hahaha! I guess my angry missive regarding the comments disabling the other day angered some of the eggheads at Google, as I received a notice of "Manual Action" taken against the blog today. This is very obviously a retaliation and nothing more.
It's definitely a sign of the times in which we live, as well as a damning admission on Google's part, to see that Google takes the time to enforce a Manual Action against me, personally, when I criticize their continued inaction toward solving a technical issue but does not take the time - in almost a year now - to actually address the technical issue itself.
I am not going to ask Google to reconsider their personal attack on me, so I don't know if that means they'll be canceling the blog or just not listing it in their search engine but either way, it simply means less revenue for them, as I do not make any real money from this or any other blog or website thanks to oppressive, overreaching, retaliatory tactics such as these, carried out by Google and companies like Google. Google sells links to and from this blog, as well as links on their search engine; the rules apply only to me and not to Google and I find that unjust and will not bow to their authoritah.
Again, I don't know what Manual Action(s) have been taken against the blog nor what it means, nor do I care. You can't comment anyway and no one reads blogs anymore. We are already porting much of the site to WordPress as it is.
