DEA Investigating Ledger's Docs

The DEA has confirmed that they are launching an investigation into Heath Ledger's doctors.

The investigation is set to determine which doctors prescribed what medications, when, and why. Also to be determined is whether or not Ledger went "scrip'-shopping" - that is, if he went to several doctors to find one that would prescribe him the medication he wanted.

A toxicology report found six different drugs in Ledger's system, including Xanax, Valium, Hydrocodone, and Oxycontin. His death was ruled an accidental overdose.

The actor was found dead in a New York apartment in January. The masseuse who discovered the body finished three 5000-piece jigsaw puzzles and crocheted a full-length woman's body sock before calling 911.
