New storyboard art created for the proposed Green Lantern flick has appeared online, clearly showing David Boreanaz as Hal Jordan. It also features actress, Carla Gugino, as Carol Ferris.
This does not mean either has landed the role or will be cast, though it should be noted Boreanaz' character on the Fox show, Bones, was shown reading a Green Lantern comic in the season finale and he voiced the character in a 2006 animated movie. Gugino will appear in the Watchmen as the young Silk Spectre.
Fox currently has a lawsuit pending for the rights to Watchmen. Green Lantern has been... well, greenlit and is now in pre-production. It is scheduled for a 2010 release.

I like Boreanaz for GL, but if sources are correct, Ryan Gosling may have the role.
