Like I said, I'm doing what I can as I can, so while I was watching Burn Notice tonight, I got The Wording back online. I haven't had a chance to get to most of it, but it's there with a new post... basically just saying the same things I've been telling you guys for the past week or two. Still worth a read if you're bored or interested in the more technical aspects.
But man - oh man! - did you see the Burn Notice season finale?! Man, that was a bang-up job!!! I really love this show! I really liked it to begin with, but this season finale just plain bowled me over. I hadn't read the time on it right and didn't realize it was a 2-hour special and I nearly threw something at the TV when I thought it had ended on such a cliffhanger. It went to commercial at the hour mark and I almost fell off the couch!
I'll say it again: I am so sick of these little 6- and 13-episode "seasons." They're really more like mid-season replacement shows, which is basically what they are (to replace the fall season shows). The sickest thing is that most of them are far better than the fall season shows they're alternative to!
But I will say this: making sure I'm around to see another season of Burn Notice is definitely a reason to slow-up on the smoking and take up the exercise.
Okay, which one is more pathetic, you figure: the fact that smoking and not exercising could kill me or the fact that a cable TV show is one of the main reasons I care?
