Sorry. I have spent all day trying to find some kind of legal counsel or advice and figuring out what my options are with this whole court debacle. Most everyone I have spoken with doesn't seem to know, but seeing as how I've run this county down almost as much as they've run me down (not quite that much, but close), I do want to take a moment to thank Danny Tanner and the Decatur County, TN County Clerk's Office for being the only helpful, reasonable, professional, and courteous group out of the entire bunch. But I am not writing for any of this; I just wanted to say that.
I am writing to let everyone know that you may have noticed we have dropped the *This is a Sponsored Post* disclosure on many individual, sponsored posts. If you look at the sidebar, you may also have noticed the "I Disclose" badge we added.
Due to increasing requests from sponsors and advertisers, we decided to go with a sitewide disclosure. All this really means is that some of the posts are sponsored and others are not, but not every sponsored post will be disclosed individually. As you will read in the Policy, we are still going to individually disclose some posts, depending on whether or not we think the nature of the post might be confusing and also because we want to make sure that there is at least one disclosure on the homepage to make new readers aware that we advertise.
