Britney Spears' attempts to reinstate some sort of visitation rights to see her children have failed.
You may be wondering why we haven't had any new Brit-news here lately, especially since there seemed to have been so much activity the last few days, but the truth is that most of it was along the lines of, "Britney Did It Again," "No, She Didn't," "Update: Yes, She Did," "Breaking Britney Spears News: She Really Didn't..." I grew bored of it and since there was nothing really new to announce, just let it slide until something definite was reported.
Well, Britney Spears definitely cannot see her kids.
A spokesman for the LA Courts said that no change was made in the current custody situation at a Tuesday hearing. Britney Spears' lawyer, one Anne Kiley, requested a gag order be placed on all parties involved in the matter until it was resolved and that was also denied. The Court Commissioner allowed Britney's request to change lawyers yet again.
According to K-Fed's attorney, both sides want Brit-Brit to be able to see her children, but they simply have yet to work out how that will work.
