Select scenes from the upcoming Whiteout, based on the graphic novel of the same name, were screened at Comic-Con 2007, but Warner Brothers did not specify a release date until now. Whiteout will hit theaters April 24th, 2009.
A third (and supposedly final) 4-issue mini-series is due from Oni Press, though whether or not it has already seen release, I cannot say.
Whiteout deals with a U.S. Marshal who must solve a string of murders in Antarctica before the winter season sets in.
