A woman wearing camouflage and carrying a camera was arrested outside of Britney Spears' home. Miranda Tozier-Robbins was caught peeping into the Spears' house windows. She was cited for trespassing and disorderly conduct and let go. Britney Spears' whereabouts at the time are unknown.
