Last-ditch attempts at saving canceled NBC comedy, My Name is Earl, have fallen through. Spokespersons said negotiations with cable station, TBS, did not work-out and My Name is Earl will remain canceled. TBS could not find a way to maintain the show's integrity due to financial constraints.
My Name is Earl ran for four seasons on NBC.
