Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum, David Boreanaz, is no Angel; having just admitted to infidelity, an actress has now filed suit against the actor for sexual harassment. Kristina Hagan, who appeared as an extra on Bones last season, claims Boreanaz attempted to kiss and fondle her numerous times. She also claims that, after she pushed the actor away, he masturbated in front of her.
Interestingly, the actress claims she continued to find herself in private situations with the actor because he promised her a recurring role which never materialized. Boreanaz' publicist said, "The allegations... are totally fabricated and absurd."
Now you know why the show is called Bones. HAHAHAha ha. Ahem.

Heh. You know, I don't know the guy, but this just seems... I just can't picture this guy doing that. Obviously I have no idea, but it seems a bit specious that this chick, who apparently can't land a role on her own, kept finding herself in one-on-one situations with David Boreanaz after he allegedly hit on her and masturbated at her.
