Actress, Sienna Miller, won her lawsuit against paparazzi from the Daily Star. The settlement was for over $30,000US.
The picture was taken in Los Angeles and printed in the magazine. Miller claimed it was a violation of her personal space and has fought the paparazzi over similar complaints in the past. In January, she won a case against another photographer for taking nude pictures of her.
The magazine apologized for running the pictures.
