Uncontrollable Power
You still have to purchase the Psionic ability separately from the Psionic Qualities and Powers. However, you can increase the Duration, Range, and so forth by expending more PSI than you need to enact the ability. It always costs at least 1 PSI to use a psionic ability or cast a spell; if nothing else, this is how you know a psionic ability was used or a spell was cast.
All of these are from the Angel RPG book, though some appear as Qualities in Buffy. I will convert some spells from The Magic Box (and the rest of the series) into psionics at some point, as well. There is an intereting interplay between the spells system and psionics that I might try to expand upon to flesh-out a more replete framework for psionics in Angel/BtVS RPG. I already have a system in mind, and in practice (in my own game system), that was touched upon in other posts.

You cannot take Resistance against Psionics; that is Iron Mind (Angel Roleplaying Game, p.53). You can take Reduced Damage (Psionics) instead. Those with Iron Mind cannot possess Psionics.
Obviously, I am still working on this part because no one ever takes Psionics and I have a lot on my plate already, so I haven't soloed one yet either. However, the 8-point assignment comes from Chill (not an open system) and has not been converted to Buffy the Vampire Slayer RPG yet. I chose to post this unfinished so anyone who's interested can follow along as I make changes, and comment with any suggestions.
Hopefully, even those who go strictly by the books will find the list of possible Psionics helpful.
