May Day... Celebrations?

When I was a young man - I don't recall if I was quite out of highschool then or not - the cats who "lived" (or crashed or passed-out or whatever) at the Rocky Horror Picture Show House (the house where all the "cast members" - the ones who dressed up and performed the movie in front of the screen as the movie played) got thrown out because they held a Maypole party behind the house and the neighbors weren't too thrilled. A Maypole Party, for those what don't know, is when everyone gets nekkid and dances around a Maypole on May Day (today). It supposedly goes back to Druidic practices and so on, but it's largely just an excuse to get drunk and dance naked around a phallic object - no harm in that.

Apparently, not everyone celebrates May Day the same way.

May Day, 2007 is marked by protests held by people who have no effing right to be here - people who took the easy way out and cheated we real American citizens of our tax dollars while relying heavily on American systems funded specifically by our tax dollars. People who have stolen our identities and used our SSN and Tax ID numbers to evade detection by government forces bankrolled by our tax dollars. People who are just as often paid "under the table" and who send the brunt of that money back to their home country, where it is worth much, much more. People who recently hung our flag upside down and sparked violent riots in one of these "safe haven" towns that are so proud of helping others help themselves to our tax dollars, our governmentally-run programs funded by our tax dollars, and jobs that would otherwise go to youths and disenfranchised Americans.

Elsewhere, they are rioting to mark violent riots that happened 30 years ago.

Elsewhere, they are marching to rally citizens for political upheaval.

Now, if none of these May Day "celebrants" are naked, why do I see so many assholes?
