Lindsay Lohan No 'Milkaholic'

Lindsay Lohan has filed a $100 million lawsuit against E-Trade babies for trading on her likeness, due to a commercial in which one of the babies, referred to as "Lindsay," denies she is a "milkaholic." The commercial aired during the Superbowl and the Olympics. Lohan's attorney says his client's first name is synonymous with her - as much so as Madonna's or Oprah's.

Though Lindsay Lohan has performed as an actress, singer, and model, she is better known for her much-publicized "party-girl" lifestyle, which includes several car wrecks, bizarre incidents with crew members and personal entourage, and stints in rehab. You can learn more about this by clicking the "Lindsay Lohan" tag below.

I think she is forgetting about a certain, iconic, late 70's, television star by the name of Lindsay Wagner.

Like the Disney beer ad we posted a year or so back (Ho White), the issue here comes down to likeness and the fact that it is a company actually selling a product.

Were it not for the commercial aspects of this, it could legally be considered "satire" and Lohan would have no claim, whatsoever; because the company is selling a product, if Lindsay-La-La can prove that the commercial includes her likeness - including identifying her by name - she may have a suit.

But not a $100 million suit! That chick is fuzzy nuts.

More proof the world is batshit insane: Lohan and E*Trade reached a settlement. Though no details are being released, Lindsay Lohan is said to be "very happy."
