I told you this month was TCM's 31 days of Oscar and I've caught a ton of great movies all month long. They've shown a whole lot of great sci-fi flicks, as well as a lot of newer movies I didn't know they had in their library, and this is one of them.
Tonight at 12:15 CST, they're showing Batman Forever with Val Kilmer. It says it came out in 1995, but I didn't think it was that long ago. Turns out I was thinking about the newer one that's supposed to be really good, but I don't know which one this is. I know it's one of the sequels I haven't seen, but I thought the bad one with Robin had George Clooney as Bats?
Well, I have absolutely no idea which one this is, whether it's any good or not, but I know it comes on in a few hours and it's completely uncut and unedited. TCM rocks hard! I mean, if they'll show The Exorcist and Starship Troopers with all of its gratuitous nudity (all the guys and girls are really hot, mind you, but it really took gratuitous nudity taken to new heights!), then you know they'll show some kicking stuff. Not exactly Sundance or IFC -- both of which show porn on late nights, and I don't mean the softcore stuff (it's not XXX hardcore, but it shows penetration) -- but they don't hold back.
