That’s right! A few years back, I remember David Duchovny on one of the talk shows announcing that he would be more than willing to do another X-Files movie, but that has been several years ago. I, like everyone else, pretty much assumed the whole thing was dead.
But according to Duchovny himself, who is starring as a novelist in a new TV sit-com, Californication, he is set to receive a script next week. The script is co-written by the series creator, Chris Carter, but Duchovny had no further details. He did say that both he and Gillian Anderson, another of the series’ original stars, are signed to the deal, should it go through.
