Bill O'Reilly Hates Tina Fey, Slams 30 Rock

Good Lord! I told you a while back that Bill O'Reilly has literally lost his shit. I fully realize that he is playing a character (the male version of Ann Coulter) but, just like Ann Coulter, he takes it so far sometimes that you really have to stop and wonder if he knows who, or even where, he is!

Tonight, I caught the rerun and he was talking about 30 Rock. He claimed that he invited a bunch of people over to his house to watch it because of Seinfeld's appearance and even though they all love Seinfeld, not one of them cracked a smile. He then went on to say that he thought 30 Rock was getting a lot of promotion and critical praise because most reporters are liberal and the show is written and created by liberals! Wha-at?!

If you haven't seen 30 Rock, it's actually very funny and it really isn't "liberal" at all. In fact, I have often said that I respect Tina Fey's writing because she is so straightforward; she may lean to left, but she isn't big on the political correctness and all that happy horseshit - in fact, much of her humor is blatantly un-PC, which is the joke! Heck, Tracey Morgan's character is possibly the most un-politically-correct black character on TV!

Now, so long as we're discussing flimsy political conspiracy theories, the esteemed Mrs. Fey has taken more than her share of pot-shots at Mr. O'Reilly - especially where it concerns his sexy phonecalls from a few years past. And that's why Bill O'Reilly panned the show. If his stuffed-shirt, over-50 aged friends did not find it funny, it is most likely because they didn't understand the "lingo" these young whipper-snappers were using. Also because they are a bunch of moral prigs who are too busy kissing Bill O'Reilly's ass to actually think for themselves.

30 Rock comes on NBC Thursdays. They keep changing the timeslot and I watch Supernatural, the best show on TV and catch the reruns when I can. The O'Reilly Factor airs on the FOX News Channel about 8 times every weeknight.
